Through the latest AI technologies and machine learning, we combine decades worth of data with the latest in-game happenings. We then offer coaches, teams, professional bodies, and media channels around the world, access to the very best data, content, and insights. In turn, improving how sports fans interact with their favorite sports teams and competitions.

We succeeded thanks to a team of amazing people. They spend their days collecting, analysing, and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of behind the scenes support staff, youve got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports related to volume, efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Responsible for maintaining, managing, and updating the dataset.
- Generate and distribute accurate management reports in a timely manner.
- Provide reporting and analytical support to the management team.
- Establish a strong relationship with management and acquire timely reports.
- Maintain the status on all projects and proactively communicate with management.
- Coordinating with different teams globally and locally to fix data discrepancies.
- Ensure that all issues are resolved in accordance with internal or external service level agreements (SLAs)
Skills and experience
- Team Handling

- Ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Can work in a high-pressure environment.
- Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
- MS Power Business Intelligence (Power BI)
- A high level of written and verbal English skill is needed.
