Job Title: Xerox Machine Technician (Canon) Maintenance

Location: Maharashtra (Travel Required)

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Xerox Machine Technician specializing in Canon machines to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and servicing Canon photocopy machines. This role requires extensive travel across Maharashtra wherein the Travel Expense will be reimbursed according to the Company Travel policy.
He will be based out of Pune and reporting to Bavdhan office on a daily basis. He must have a self owned two wheeler for travel within Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Canon photocopy machines.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure machines are functioning efficiently and meeting the needs of the users.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and parts used.
• Provide on-site technical support and customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest Canon products, technologies, and best practices.
• Customer satisfaction index will be measured.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of Canon Xerox machines.
• Strong technical knowledge of Canon photocopy machines and related software.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electronic issues.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
• Must own a two-wheeler for transportation within Pune.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Understanding of customer requirements and meeting the deadlines.
