Role : Inside Sales/Telesales Executive

Shift timing : 4am to 1pm

WD : 5 Days working

Note : Candidate should be open to arrange Self travel" option..

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential business clients in designated areas across Australia, conducting research to identify potential leads, and offering our vending machine services. You will play a key role in growing our client base by developing relationships and identifying opportunities where our solutions can add value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce and promote airconditioners
• contact the inbound leads that you will be assigned too & make outbound calls too.
• Present and explain the benefits of airconditioners to prospective customers. Currently there are rebates from government to promote the energy efficient aircons
• Manage and update the CRM with accurate and relevant information on leads and contacts.
• Follow up with leads to build and maintain relationships, driving conversions to agreements.
• Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner.
• Ability to conduct online research to identify potential leads.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• working as per Australian hours & following Australian calendar
