This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for sponsorship sales, lead generation, negotiating contracts, achieving sponsorship sales targets, and preparing reports, communication, and securing sponsorships for the music festivals. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel and must have effective communication skills and be proactive. Coordination with the department head and staying updated on promotional trends is necessary. Qualifications Strong communication skills. Proven track record in sponsorship sales, lead generation, and sales especially for music festival. Experience in the event management or entertainment industry Ability to meet and exceed targets and goals Familiarity with various sponsorship opportunities Ability to create sponsorship packages that meet the needs of the client and the event Excellent negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, or related field
