Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall productivity, growth and effectiveness of the Ethical Sales business and practices. To work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement Objectives.
- Determine annual sales plans, implement marketing strategies, analyse market trends and results.
- Lead the strategies to maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price in alignment with changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Ensure implementation of key processes:
- Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritise opportunities for improvements.
Ensure appropriate HCP execution strategies:
- Lead strategies to control attrition and build a motivated, and committed sales team through a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward.
- Develop talent pool for future responsibilities within the organization.
- Work with the trade team in driving combined targets.
- Ensure the implementation of targeted Market development initiatives for priority markets as decided by the organization.
- Candidate should be MBA from a premier institute (IIMs or equivalent).
- Experience and a proven track record in sales with a stint as NSM ideally with first hand understanding of all zones.
- Outstanding track record of performance in Sales.
- Experience in FMCG with some exposure to Pharma/OTC industry. Others need not apply.
- Strategic mind-set and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Business acumen and good analytical Skills.
- Brief exposure to Marketing (preferable).
