Role**Job Description: Customer Support Executive (CSE) - Online Gaming Platform**

**Job Role:**

As a Customer Support Executive (CSE) at our online gaming platform for paid games, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our users. This is a calling-based job where you will interact with individuals interested in playing games on our platform.

**Working Shifts:**

- Morning Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM

- Two meals will be provided.

- Evening Shift: 4 PM to 1 AM

- Accommodation and meals will be provided by the company.

*Job Location:* Mayur Vihar

**Responsibilities:**

1. Engage with customers interested in playing games on our platform.

2. Generate user IDs and handle transactions for new and existing clients.

3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

4. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

5. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

6. Introduce new offers and promotions to clients, aiming to enhance their gaming experience.

7. Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive customer support.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.

- Basic knowledge and interest in online gaming platforms.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.

- Proactive and quick problem-solving abilities.

**Shift Benefits:**

- Morning Shift: Two provided meals.

- Evening Shift: Accommodation and meals provided.

**Salary:**

- Fixed Salary: 15,000 INR per month

- Incentives: Additional incentives ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month based on performance.& responsibilities
