Telecalling Executive - Kannada , Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients and customers to generate leads, convert them into sales, and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call volume, conversion rates, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in telecalling or related field
• Only Language candidate can apply (Hindi, Kannada , Malayalam & Telugu)
• Strong communication skills with excellent voice quality for effective phone conversations.
• Basic computer knowledge for navigating CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
