As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management.
You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions to support organizational goals and drive business success.
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to understand business goals and provide proactive HR solutions that align with overall organizational strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering guidance on people-related matters and helping to drive performance, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Work closely with functional leaders to implement HR strategies that drive engagement, retention, and development of talent.
Talent Management & Organizational Development:
- Implement and support talent management initiatives such as succession planning, career development, and leadership programs.
- Support the identification of high-potential talent, promote career growth, and advise on performance management practices.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, including structure design, workforce planning, and change management.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization.
Performance Management:
- Lead and manage the performance review process to ensure clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance improvement.
- Advise managers on best practices for setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance gaps.
- Provide coaching and support to both managers and employees on handling performance issues constructively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure that compensation programs are competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Provide guidance to managers on salary recommendations, incentive programs, and other employee benefits.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Advise on disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employee relations matters, ensuring they are handled appropriately and in accordance with legal requirements.
- Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, exit processes, and organizational audits to ensure consistency and efficiency
