Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving business growth. The role requires a deep understanding of freight forwarding, logistics operations, and global supply chain management to provide proactive solutions and excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Operations & Coordination & Sales Support:

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, documentation, and customs) to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Monitor shipments and proactively update customers on the status of their cargo, addressing any potential delays or concerns.
• Ensure all required shipping documents are accurate and submitted on time.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or operations within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, warehousing, and customs clearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• World Map knowledge
