Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Flink Expertise :

- Leverage Flink's Stream, Batch, and Table APIs to build efficient and reliable data processing pipelines.

- Optimize Flink applications for performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Flink-related issues.

Database Proficiency :

- Utilize MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Design and implement data models to support business requirements.

- Optimize database queries for optimal performance.

Messaging Systems :

- Work with Kafka or Redpanda to build robust event-driven architectures.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines that consume and produce messages.

Cloud and Containerization :

- Deploy and manage Flink applications on Kubernetes clusters in Azure.

- Leverage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure portability and scalability.

Software Development :

- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable Java code.

- Adhere to best practices for software development, including code reviews and testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Apache Flink.

- Strong proficiency in core Java concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

- In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or Redpanda.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure.

- Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other data processing frameworks (Spark, Beam).

- Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts.

- Certifications in Java, Flink, or cloud platforms.
