The Job:

As a Demand Planner, you ll be part of our India supply chain team working as a hybrid employee. You ll get to:

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant information to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, and supply chain performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for demand forecast errors and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
• Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, and supply chain performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
• Maintain and update demand planning systems and tools ensuring data accuracy & integrity with planning system
• Engage with key customers and suppliers to understand demand drivers and supply constraints.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain processes and systems.
