Senior Mechanical Engineer

Lead technical maintenance for existing mass-production products, provide technical solutions to manufacturing process issues, including NPR, FTP, FSA KPIs.

Manage product data and evaluate quality improvements based on test results analysis and tear down observations.

Work with global warranty projects, analyze service data and end users feedback, then dig out root cause and implement corrective actions.

Independantely develops new products and collabrates with oversea design center to delivery new projects.

Lead products transfer to Pune plant, localize components make value improvement projects to meet global strategy.

Global communication about products management and development.
