We are hiring for Corporate Communication Manager

Qualification: Bachelors degree in English Literature / Masters degree in communication Management

EXPERIENCE: 2 - 5 YEARS

ROLES:

• To oversees all communication activity within an organization to meet requirement of brand positioning.
• To provide direction by developing and implementing policies and procedures for both internal and external communication efforts that ensures clarity, consistency and positive messaging to promote the corporate identity and mission.
• Supervising communication efforts through a range of channels, including social media, websites and press releases
• Creating clear, open lines of internal communication, including channels for employees to offer feedback or ask questions
• Oversees the workflow and work assignments of the communications team to ensure effective collaboration among team members and consistent, quality work.
• Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
• Preparation and distribution of direct marketing products including presentation , product information.
