Drop On Demand Engineer- Juinagar( Male candidates only)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Machine Operation: Operate Drop-On-Demand printing machines, following standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality output.
• Setup and Calibration: Prepare machines for production by setting up inks, substrates, and adjusting print settings as required. Calibrate devices to meet specific print quality standards.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Identify and resolve any mechanical issues.
• Quality Control: Monitor print quality throughout production runs. Perform regular checks for color accuracy, print consistency, and substrate alignment.
• Troubleshooting: Identify technical issues related to the DOD system. Troubleshoot problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Production Scheduling: Collaborate with production managers to schedule jobs, prioritize tasks, and manage production workflows effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, documenting changes, malfunctions, and maintenance activities for future reference.
• Inventory Management: Monitor ink and substrate levels; reorder supplies as needed to maintain production schedules.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to align on project requirements and meet deadlines.
