Position: Head of Learning & Development

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Learning & Development to lead and elevate our organizations learning strategy. This leadership role will focus on developing and implementing innovative training programs to drive employee growth, foster a culture of continuous learning, and align talent development with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the L&D strategy across the organization.
• Proven experience in designing and executing both technical and non-technical training programs, along with assessing their impact.
• Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational learning needs and drive talent initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and career development.
• Manage the L&D team and resources to ensure program effectiveness and ROI.
• Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (15+ years) in L&D leadership roles, with a track record of successful programs.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align L&D initiatives to business goals.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Passionate about developing talent and fostering a growth mindset.
