Job Title : Pega Developer

About the Role :

- This role involves designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using the Pega Platform (PRPC).

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega development methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Pega applications and workflows adhering to the Theme Cosmos architecture.

- Develop and maintain data models, decision tables, process flows, and other Pega components.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within existing Pega applications.

- Deploy Pega applications to higher environments and gather user feedback.

- Customize applications with advanced features like JavaScript and timers.

- Enhance the user interface of Pega applications to meet customer requirements.

- Build custom reports for clients.

- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g , handling PHI data and access control).

Qualifications :

- Proven work experience as a Pega Developer (5-10 years).

- In-depth knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander, data models, decisions, process flows, reports, and activities.

- Experience developing web applications using Pega PRPC.

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with custom reporting tools and techniques.

- Experience with agile development methodologies
