StaidLogic - ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module (5-10 yrs)

Role : ServiceNow Developer.

Location : Vishakhapatnam

Job Description :

- Extensive experience with enterprise/large Service Management implementations.

- Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, database structure, and core functionalities.

- Proficient in configuring ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, and Request Management.

- Experience in developing custom applications using ServiceNow tools like Studio, Flow Designer, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and AngularJS.

- Skilled in designing and implementing complex workflows and automation within ServiceNow.

- Ability to build and customize reports and dashboards; proficient with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

- Experience with data import and manipulation using Import Sets and Transform Maps.

- Knowledgeable in ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Proven experience in presenting technical aspects and leading teams effectively.

- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, solution designs, and Continual Service Improvement processes.

- Hands-on experience with ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, and Field Service Management.

- Certified in ITSM and ITBM, with additional ServiceNow implementation certifications; experience with multiple ServiceNow releases is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ITIL V3 or V4, ServiceNow CSA, and CAD certifications.
