Performance Marketing - Intern

Roles and Responsibilities
Hands-on understanding of paid marketing platforms & affiliate management skills to
ensure effective ROAS
Leading and building best-in-class content-led performance marketing campaigns for
STAGE
Generate top of funnel viewer sampling and subscription conversions.
Work cross-functionally with Platform, Content, Social, PR, Digital and Creative
Communication teams to develop marketing creatives and ideas and collaborate with
teams for creative optimization
Manage the campaign strategy and development workflow to deliver SVOD campaign
KPIs.
Collaborate with analytics /product teams to develop frameworks and analytical models
to predict subscriptions for optimizing CPS and ensuring effective CPS and CAC for
marketing campaigns.

Expectations
Proficiency with data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring
Hands-on experience in performance marketing roles
Experience running mobile acquisition campaigns
Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories
Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross functional
environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity
Ability to lead with influence and work collaboratively with multiple cross functional
teams.
A willingness to work outside of the scope in order to bring alignment and better overall
outcomes to the business at large
Team player and ability to work with cross functional teams
Understanding of performance marketing metrics and seamlessly merging it with
business KPIs
Prior OTT experience will be a plus.
