Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees.
- Coordinate offboarding procedures and conduct exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
HR Compliance:
- Stay informed on labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs both internal amd external.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Conduct internal reference checks and assist with selection.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Payroll Processing:
- Prepare payroll inputs for accurate and timely salary payments.
- Manage payroll-related documentation.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Weekly Reporting:
- Generate regular reports based on timesheets.
- Employee Records Management
- Keep comprehensive records of employee details, performance evaluations, and relevant data.
Labor Law Compliance:
- Ensure organizational adherence to labor laws, employment contracts, and workplace policies.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Develop strategies to engage employees and promote a positive work environment.
- Petty Cash Management
- Handle cash transactions and petty cash for office expenses.
HR Administration:
- Maintain HR files, records, and databases, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Office Policy Management
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to promote organization and compliance.
Employee Health & Safety:
- Implement measures to ensure workplace health and safety.
- Travel & Appointment Management for Management
- Coordinate travel bookings and appointments for senior management.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Guide employees on HR policies and address conflicts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in salary reviews and benefits enrollment.
- Stay informed on market trends to maintain competitive packages.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and organize development programs.
- Monitor employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Policy Development & Implementation
- Participate in HR policy development and implementation.
- Ensure policy compliance and communicate changes.
- Contract & Legal Documentation Management
- Manage legal documentation for organizational contracts\\
