Job Description
Education and Work Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.
Must be able to work under pressure meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
Mandatory Skills: Hands-on working knowledge in
SAP Customer Service.
Work experience in
SAP Sales Distribution.
Work experience in
Implementation Projects.
Knowledge in
interfaces (EDI, API etc..).
Able to understand business processes, ability to validate the proposed solution handle the requirements delivery.
Establish maintain effective relationship with cross functional/technical teams.
Able to actively support business users.
Exposure
of S/4 HANA Fiori Apps. Good to have skills : Working knowledge of
Warranty Claims.
Work experience in
Roll-out Projects.
Ability to review the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP Customer Service development, user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during go-live phases.
