We are seeking passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) to join our educational team. As a TGT, you will be responsible for teaching students at the middle or senior school level, providing them with a solid foundation in your respective subject area. You will create an engaging, stimulating, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Instruction:

  • Deliver engaging, comprehensive, and well-planned lessons in your subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.).
  • Develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum and incorporate diverse teaching methods and resources to cater to various learning styles.
  • Implement activities and projects that promote active learning and help students develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

• Student Assessment & Evaluation:

  • Assess students' understanding and progress through regular tests, assignments, quizzes, and classwork.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance and encourage their intellectual curiosity.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, and conduct periodic evaluations.

• Classroom Management:

  • Create and maintain a disciplined, organized, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
  • Establish clear rules and expectations for behavior and ensure that students follow them.
  • Resolve any classroom issues or conflicts with a fair and professional approach.

• Curriculum Development & Implementation:

  • Follow the prescribed curriculum while adapting teaching techniques to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Regularly review and update lesson plans, ensuring they reflect the latest educational trends, and integrate relevant technologies or multimedia tools.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enhance educational programs by suggesting new ideas, methods, and materials.

• Student Support and Counseling:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them navigate academic challenges and personal development.
  • Identify students who may need additional support or intervention and work with the school’s support staff to provide necessary assistance.

• Collaboration with Parents and Colleagues:

  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, attendance, and behavior.
  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' development and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan and deliver cross-curricular learning experiences and activities.

• Extracurricular Activities:

  • Actively participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and co-curricular programs, contributing to students’ all-around development.
  • Encourage students to participate in activities like sports, debates, and cultural events to foster teamwork, leadership, and creativity.

• Professional Development:

  • Engage in continuous professional learning to improve teaching skills, stay updated with the latest educational methodologies, and expand subject knowledge.
  • Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops aimed at improving educational practices and teaching strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, etc.) from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the middle school or senior school level (depending on the subject).
• In-depth knowledge of the subject you teach, with the ability to make it accessible and interesting to students.
• Familiarity with school curricula (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IB) and teaching methodologies.

• Classroom Management: Ability to manage student behavior, create an inclusive classroom environment, and promote positive student interactions.

• Technologically Savvy: Comfortable integrating digital tools, online resources, and educational apps into teaching.
• Adaptability: Ability to adjust teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of educational software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia teaching aids.
• Experience in conducting remedial or enrichment programs for students needing additional help.
• Ability to design and implement interdisciplinary lessons that bridge subjects and make learning more relevant.
• Experience with teaching multiple subjects or cross-curricular projects .
