Looking for an experienced female graduate middle school teacher with B.A, M.A and B.Ed in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Development:
Lesson Planning:
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to make lessons engaging and effective.
Classroom Instruction:
Teach English language and literature, including grammar, composition, reading, and analysis of texts.
Encourage critical thinking and discussion among students to deepen their understanding of the material.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess students' progress and understanding of the subject.
Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve their skills.
Student Engagement and Support:
Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
Address student behavior issues promptly and effectively, following the schools policies.
Individual Support:
Identify students who may need additional support and provide personalized attention to help them succeed.
Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and any concerns.
Professional Development:
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest developments in English literature, language teaching methodologies, and educational technology.
Participate in professional development workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administration to enhance the overall educational experience at the school.
Contribute to curriculum development and the creation of educational resources.

Lead or participate in extracurricular activities, such as literature clubs, debate teams, or school publications.
