Job Description
- He/she should identify assist the main study coodinator in recruiting the study subjects
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments like anthropometry, dietary recall, assessing the physical activity pattern and prepare educative materials and presentions to provide instrutions to the participants in the use of modified diet as it relates to health promotion and prevention of chronic conditions.
- Be responsible for the coordinating all the physiological assessments and document study related outcomes and maintain all data and logs into relevant forms.
