- Screening and selection of study subjects using predesigned screening questionnaire at the allotted urban and rural polling sites by field visit in Bangalore.
- Subjects who fulfil the inclusion criteria after screening via questionnaire will then have to be encouraged to come to St. John s hospital for blood sampling for biochemical and hormonal investigation and for ultrasound pelvis.
