Non Division User Contact Person HR Job Details
- Clinical competence in the care of small and sick newborns at facilities
- Onsite mentoring and supportive supervision of health care personnel in the health facilities within the district
- Assist in the evaluation of competencies of health care personnel and collection of data from the community,
- Ensure the quality of data collected from the health facilities.
- Capacity building and mentoring of health personnel.
- Report the project activities being implemented to the core team regularly.
- Plan and develop quality improvement initiatives at the health facilities to help achieve the project objectives.
