Job Description
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, including budget variances and cash flow
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other legal requirements
- Assisting with audits and preparing audit schedules and reports
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Performing reconciliations of accounts and identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skill and strong attention to detail
