- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including developers, project managers, and marketing teams) to define and implement innovative website design.
- Translate company needs into visually appealing, intuitive, and functional designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices to ensure the performance of the website in search engine rankings.
- Optimize website design and performance, focusing on speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve website design and functionality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement modern design techniques.
- Work with CMS platforms (such as WordPress) and integrate custom themes, plugins, and functionalities as per project requirements.

- 8+ years of Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role in an IT service company.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development best practices.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how design impacts SEO.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative web design work and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, user-centred design methods, and modern web technologies.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working in an IT services company.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and web performance optimization techniques.
