Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee our construction operations in Goa. The ideal candidate will be a local resident of Goa, familiar with regional practices, and capable of managing day-to-day site operations efficiently.

• Oversee Site Activities: Manage all construction tasks, ensuring timely completion within budget.

• Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution.

• Quality Control & Compliance: Maintain high standards and adhere to building codes and regulations.

• Track Progress: Document daily activities and provide updates to the project management team.

• Liaise with Stakeholders: Foster relationships with local contractors, vendors, and authorities.

• Ensure Safety: Implement safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all.

• Education: Bachelor s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: At least 10 years in site engineering, particularly in real estate projects.

• Preferred Candidate: Local candidates from Goa.

• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management tools.
