Manager- Audit & Assurance

Job description:

Required experienced Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-7 years post qualification experience (preferable with CA firm as an Audit Assurance specialist).

• Can conduct audits with a company turnover of INR 300 CR.
• Must have worked on Indian Assignments with listed companies, manufacturing companies.
• Must have worked with a reputed CA firm and top 50 CA firms.
• Expert knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting and audit methodology.- Excellent knowledge of accounting and audit standards.
• Excellent team management and client handling experience. Must ensure proper documentation as per Peer Review Board's guidelines of audit work performed. Understanding and review of the internal control systems.
• Motivates, enables and inspires others staff members/Junior auditor to succeed, unleash potential.
• Has a clear vision of what is required and acts as a positive role model.
• Openness to Change, Proactively supports the change and effectively adapts others approach to suit changing circumstances or requirements.
