Kafka Developer - Java/Spring Boot (5-8 yrs)

Role : Kafka Backend developer.

Location : Pune; Kerala or Chennai.

We are looking for Looking for 5-8 Strong Kafka developer with PostgreSQL, Spring Boot 3 and Java 17 for our client.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain the application.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

- Implement new features and functionality based on business requirements.

- Participate in system and application architecture discussions.

- Create technical designs and specifications for new features or enhancements.

- Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.

- Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

- Identify and fix vulnerabilities to ensure application integrity.

- Working with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements.

- Collaborating with DevOps teams for deployment and scaling.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of Experience as a Kafka Developer.

- Proven experience as a skilled Kafka developer.

- Experience in Insurance domain is appreciated.

- Strong experience with Kafka, Spring Boot 3 and Java 17 or newer.

- Experience with PostgreSQL, Jenkins, Sonar, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Mockito, IntellJ IDEA, Maven and GitHub repository.

- Experience with Angular TS and or AWS, Camunda would be appreciated.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
