Job Description

• Bachelor s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 1- 4 years equivalent work-related experience.
• Experience in supporting teams in environments characterized by volume volatility, strict deadlines, ongoing training and cultural change.
• Superior presentation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to direct, influence and coach leaders to achieve program outcomes.
• A patient, customer-centric and proactive mindset.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with leaders at all levels in the business.
• Must possess a collaborative and team player nature.
• Time management skills with experience in working to tight project deadlines.
• Ability to understand user requirements and desired business outcomes.
• Expertise in the use of Microsoft Applications - specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• BPM Tool Expertise is preferred along with good analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with reporting tools such as SQL or BI databases preferred (not required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
