Single handedly manage end to end payroll processes for 3000+ employees
Payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state laws
Knowledge of payroll system (Workday preferred)
Allowance Calculation (OT / Shift / On call)
Employee Data Management
Manage statutory compliance - (PT/ PF / ESIC)
Exit Management
Full Final Settlements
Leave and Attendance Management
Group Medical Insurance
