Job Description
- 7+ years of application development experience in Java Backend development using technologies like Spring framework/Spring Boot, Redis Cache.
- Previous experience writing unit tests with JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock
- Knowledge of markup languages such as JSON and YML
- Working knowledge of quality and security scan technologies such as Sonar, CodeQL
- Engineering degree, related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- A solid foundation in object-oriented and cloud native design.
- Experience in writing HTTP services in higher-level languages (e.g. Java/Spring, Go).
- Experience with relational and document databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Cassandra).
- Experience learning new open source software, APIs and frameworks.
- Familiar with bash, Git, Jira, and agile methodologies.
- Experience in Kafka and streaming.
- Experience in designing, developing large scale systems.
- Strong understanding of data models for different flavors (RDBMS, Postgres, NoSQL, Cassandra, Mongo).
- Excellent in Data Structure and Algorithms.
- Experience in CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes.
