Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and statutory compliance for employees.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data in the system.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly returns (PF, ESIC) and annual returns (PF & ESIC), Labour department compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries related to salary discrepancies or other HR-related issues.
• Perform generalist HR tasks such as onboarding new joiners, updating employee profiles in the system.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in attendance management, leave tracking, payroll processing, PF & ESIC compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in using an PC system for managing employee data and performing various HR functions.
