JD: Key Responsibilities:

Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and key results (KRs) that align with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to set ambitious yet achievable goals and key results.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing projects, initiatives, and teams in achieving set KPIs and KRs.
Provide detailed reports on the progress of KPIs and KRs to senior leadership, highlighting potential gaps and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain systems for tracking and measuring success metrics and milestones across all relevant departments.
Facilitate regular check-ins, reviews, and strategy sessions to ensure continuous alignment with organizational goals.
