Mobile Application Developer - Flutter/Dart (7-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Development Leadership : Drive the entire mobile development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring exceptional app quality.

- Flutter Expertise : Design, architect, and maintain robust, reusable, and efficient codebases using Flutter, adhering to best practices and design patterns.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to ensure a seamless development process, defining, designing, and shipping innovative features.

- Performance Champion : Optimize mobile app performance, prioritizing responsiveness, user experience, and overall app quality.

- Technical Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshooting Prowess : Identify and resolve bottlenecks, troubleshoot bugs efficiently throughout the app lifecycle.

- Code Quality Guardian : Maintain high code quality, organization, and automation within the codebase.

- Code Review & Feedback : Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code maintainability and efficiency.

- Tech Trendwatcher : Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in mobile development, constantly learning and advocating for the adoption of new technologies.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in mobile application development with a demonstrated track record of success.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.

- Strong Proficiency : Possess a deep understanding of Dart programming language and well-versed in Flutter architecture principles.

- Third-Party Integration : Experience in integrating third-party libraries, APIs, and RESTful services into mobile applications.

- Full-Stack Mobile Knowledge : Solid comprehension of the mobile application lifecycle and deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Version Control Savvy : Experience working with version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.

- Problem-Solving & Debugging : Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve complex issues effectively.

- Leadership & Communication : Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor, collaborate effectively, and articulate technical concepts clearly.

- Agile Methodology : Experience working within Agile development methodologies.

- Cloud Familiarity (Optional) : Prior experience with cloud platforms like Firebase or AWS is a plus
