This is a hybrid role based in Pune, requiring candidates with 4+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and development. We are looking for immediate joiners who can contribute to our growing identity and access management (IAM) initiatives.

Job Description :

The SailPoint Developer will be responsible for the build, implementation, and maintenance of SailPoint IIQ solutions. This role involves configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ components, integrating applications, and ensuring compliance with access administration best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and a strong understanding of IAM concepts.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IIQ solutions.

- Install, configure, and maintain SailPoint IIQ environments.

- Lead or participate in end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations.

- Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ components, including Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management, and Custom Workflows.

- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various applications and identity sources, including Workday, LDAP, and Active Directory.

- Develop and implement application connectors and integrations.

- Design and implement workflow rule-based provisioning solutions to meet complex business requirements.

- Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ workflows.

- Implement and maintain access administration processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication protocols, and access governance.

- Set up and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and recertification processes.

- Develop custom SailPoint IIQ components and integrations using Java, J2EE, Spring, or other MVC frameworks.

- Develop and consume web services for integration purposes.

- Work with business stakeholders to define access processes and identity lifecycles.

- Gather and document business requirements for IAM solutions.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices for access administration and IAM.

- Implement and maintain security policies and procedures.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IIQ issues.

- Perform system maintenance and upgrades.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in SailPoint IIQ build and implementation.

- Experience with at least one end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementation.

- Experience in installing and configuring SailPoint IIQ environments.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ components.

- Understanding of industry best practices for access administration.

- Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with Workday, LDAP, Active Directory, and other applications.

- Experience in setting up SoD and recertification processes.

- Ability to design and implement workflow rule-based provisioning solutions.

- Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, or other MVC frameworks, and web services.

- Ability to work with business stakeholders to define access processes and identity lifecycles.

Preferred Skills :

- SailPoint certifications.

- Experience with other IAM tools and technologies.

- Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions.

- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications are a plus. -
