Customer Service & Sales Representative (Kannada/Tamil)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales/Marketing Executive with fluency in Kannada and/or Tamil to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The role involves direct communication with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Kannada/Tamil.
• Promote and sell products/services over the phone, aiming to achieve sales targets.
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to close sales.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers and address their queries.
• Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain records of all calls, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Ensure that sales processes and targets are met on a consistent basis.
• Coordinate with the team and provide necessary updates on sales performance.
• Handle customer objections and rejections in a professional manner.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Kannada and/or Tamil (both verbal and written).
• Prior experience in tele sales/marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate (Preferred) or higher.
• Relevant experience in tele sales/marketing roles will be an advantage.

Working Hours: Full-time, , Monday to Saturday.
