Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Operations & Logistics in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector at Sri Sri Tattva.

- The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and logistics activities to ensure efficient supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution of products.

- The Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes and meet business goals.

Qualifications:

- Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, and Distribution Operations skills.

- Ecommerce order fulfillment/Dispatches, other website/portal order processing & dispatches.

- Inventory Management of FGS (Bangalore/Mumbai/Kolkata/Delhi WHS)-.

- Experience in managing logistics and operations in the FMCG sector.

- SAP MM - Invoicing, PI generate, Shankara Website Ecommerce sales upload for all WHs, Shankara stores sales upload, Monthly sales report tracking, internal stock transfers, E-invoice, E-waybill, Vendor's bill processing, GRN, corrections, CN, other portal sales invoice raising etc.

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices.

- Warehouse operationsLIFO/FIFO, near to expiry, Safety stock, Damage, Expired, Inbound / Outbound process, GRN and Documentation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Certifications in operations management or logistics are a plus.

Experience 4-5 years
