Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Sri Sri Tattva in Bengaluru.

- The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and overseeing HR management functions on a day-to-day basis.

Qualification:

- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies.

- Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.

- Strong knowledge of HR procedures and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
