- Team Management : Lead and manage development teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Training : Conduct multiple training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and manuals.
- Scrum Master Duties : Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team follows Agile practices.
- Business Analysis : Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent documentation skills.
