Staff Nurse/OT Nurse

Role & responsibilities

Care

• Physical exams: Assess a patient's health by checking their vitals, weight, and temperature
• Direct care: Provide care to patients who are ill, injured, disabled, or recovering
• Care plans: Develop and implement care plans for patients

Medication

• Administer medications: Safely and accurately administer medications to patients
• Medication management: Understand pharmacology to prevent medication errors

Documentation

• Charting records: Record and maintain patient health records
• Medical history: Gather details about a patient's medical history, including allergies, medications, and family medical information

Equipment

• Operating equipment: Operate and monitor medical equipment like stethoscopes, blood pressure machines, and glucometers

Collaboration

• Work with other healthcare professionals: Work with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified with the Bachelor of Nursing & Diplomo Nursing with minimum of 1 year of Experience
