QC Technician cum Site Co-ordinator

1. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure construction materials and processes meet quality standards.

2. Inspect ongoing work at the site to ensure compliance with technical specifications.

3. Identify and rectify deviations from the quality plan and report findings to the project manager.

4. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including test reports, certifications, and inspection logs.

5. Supervise material testing and ensure proper storage and handling at the site.

6. Train site personnel on quality standards and practices.

7. Coordinate and manage all site activities to ensure timely project completion.

8. Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to align schedules and expectations.

9. Maintain records of daily progress reports, resource utilization, and delays.

10. Monitor on-site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

11. Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory at the site.
