Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and execute structural works, including Road Over Bridges (ROB), Road Under Bridges (RUB), and other bridge construction projects.
• Review and analyze drawings to ensure accurate quantification of site requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors to track work progress and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure the completion of civil and related works at the site in accordance with defined quality and safety standards.
• Make informed decisions based on site conditions and daily project requirements.
• Adhere to site review and inspection checklists to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
• Strong Knowledge or railway construction methods and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools(e.g. , MS Project, AutoCAD)
• Strong Problem Solving Skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in project-based organizations, particularly in infrastructure and construction projects.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as per organizational requirements.
