Retail Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand their requirements, present products, and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve sales target, up-sell, and cross-sell products/services.
• Coordinate with the team lead to finalize the bill/sale.
• Upskill product knowledge and familiarise with current trends in furniture industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in Retail Store operations, ideally within the Home Industry (Furniture, Furnishings, Jewellery, Sanitary, Kitchens, Automobile, and Durable Electronics).
