SRF Limited is looking for Senior Manager - HR and Administration to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Roles Responsibilties : S.No Accountabilities Responsibilities 1 Provide inputs for Annual HR Budget Manpower Planning for Bhiwadi 2 NMS training need analysis and delivery of programs Identify training needs in consultation with functional heads. 3 HR Projects Themes Contribute as a member to assigned corporate or business initiatives 4 Employee Communication To organize timely team communication sessions with Functional Leaders 5 To facilitate Performance Management System for NMS across the CTG location (Gurgaon, Bhiwadi Chennai). To facilitate process heads for appraisal cycle. 6 MIS and HR Analytics report Analyze various HR parameters provide inputs to HR head for decision making. 7 Timely processing of monthly payroll To ensure timely release of salary inputs to payroll. 8 Contractual manpower management To identify contractors and ensure quality supply of contractual manpower in R&D & Pilot 9 Enhance engagement through various engagement recreation activities for Officers NMS To conceptualize, Plan & organize recreation activities with the involvement of recreation team. 10 To ensure compliance of HR processes as per plan Induction & Orientation, Confirmation Process & Exit Management 11 Other welfare admin activities Ensure the management effectiveness of Administrative requirements.
