Civil Engineer - Rice Plant - Project Management:

Role Overview:
The Civil Engineer – Project Management will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure within scope, time, and budget. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing site activities, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards, and ensuring timely project completion and goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of plans, schedules, and budgets for civil engineering projects to ensure timely completion and achievement of goals.

- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and identify risks, and take steps to mitigate them in order to prevent cost overruns and delays.

- Conduct regular inspections and testing, and facilitate updates and meetings to ensure clear communication.

- Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, work orders, drawings, and reports, and prepare progress reports for management review.

- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.

- Have a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and equipment.

- Proficiency in project management software.

Qualification:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in project management within construction or infrastructure projects.
