Job Description
- Conduct regular visits to steel plants to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular visits to steel plants to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Identify and gather inquiries related to equipment used mainly in Steel Melting Shops (eg. Caster, EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) , TCM (Tandem Cold Mills), CCM (Continuous Casting Machine) etc. and spare parts related to the same).Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide tailored solutions.
- Gather detailed information about the installed equipment in the plant, including specifications, operating conditions, and maintenance history.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upgrades, replacements, or new installations.
- Document all client interactions, inquiries, and collected data for reporting purposes on a timely basis.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients in the PSU and Private vertical, basically in the steel industry.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with government clients and address their needs effectively.
