We are a unicorn FinTech company expanding our Solution Delivery Leadership Team in Mumbai. This is a customer-facing, techno-functional role responsible for managing end-to-end solution delivery across multiple product lines.

Role Expectations :

- Solution Delivery : Own and drive end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

- Client & Stakeholder Management : Act as the go-to person for customer engagement, expectation management, and issue resolution.

- Technical Oversight : Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, Microservices, AWS, and Cloud technologies.

- Service Delivery & SLA Compliance : Track delivery metrics, ensure SLA adherence, and drive continuous improvement.

- Banking & FinTech Expertise : Deep knowledge of banking applications, lending solutions, and BFSI operations.

- Team Leadership : Manage delivery teams (Tech Leads, BAs, QA, Production, Support) and ensure seamless collaboration.

- Governance & Reporting : Provide structured updates, manage risks, and ensure operational transparency.

- Problem Solving & Execution : Address implementation challenges, ensure proactive issue resolution, and align teams toward delivery goals.

Qualifications :

- 12-16 years in IT, with 3+ years in Solution Delivery Management.

- Proven client engagement & stakeholder management expertise.

- Strong technical knowledge in Java, Microservices, Cloud, AWS.

- BFSI/FinTech domain experience is a must.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
