Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled SDET Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Python automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing test automation frameworks from scratch, optimizing for latency, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines. This role requires a strong hands-on coding background in Python, experience with Kubernetes, and a deep understanding of test automation strategies for scalable and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks from scratch using Python.

- Optimize and execute performance, load, and latency testing to ensure system efficiency.

- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.

- Work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of automation.

- Implement scalable automation solutions for cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes.

- Conduct API testing, end-to-end testing, and integration testing for distributed systems.

- Continuously improve automation coverage, test stability, and execution speed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test automation, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in SDET/Automation Testing with a strong focus on Python.

- Hands-on experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.

- Expertise in performance testing, latency analysis, and optimization.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).

- Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Proficiency in API automation testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with hands-on coding experience in Python.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Locust, or Gatling.

- Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.

- Knowledge of security testing and best practices in automation.
